Lichfield Premier Plastering (LPP) successfully delivered the complete internal plastering and drylining package for Phase 2B of the Acresford Park development, comprising 14 new build homes ranging from three- to four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties.
The project was completed on time, within budget, and with zero defects, reflecting our commitment to quality workmanship and consistent site performance. Close coordination with Walton Homes’ site management ensured smooth delivery and excellent finish standards across all plots.
Following the success of Phase 2B, LPP was awarded the contract for Phase 3, further strengthening our long-standing relationship with Walton Homes and reinforcing our reputation as a reliable and trusted contractor across multiple developments.
Woodwinds | Walton Homes
Scope: Plastering & Drylining Package – 20 New Build Properties
Developer: Walton Homes
Location: Woodwinds, Warton
Duration: Ongoing
We are currently progressing on the Woodwinds development by Walton Homes, consisting of 20 new build residential properties.
The works are being carried out to LPP’s high-quality standards, ensuring consistent finishes, clean execution, and full compliance with the project’s technical specifications.
The project remains on schedule and on budget, with great communication and coordination between LPP and Walton Homes’ site management team.
Wheatley Lane | Levison Rose
Scope: Plastering & Drylining Package – 4 Luxury New Build Properties

Location: Wheatley Lane, Burton
Duration: 4 working weeks
Completion: Completed
We successfully completed the plastering package on this small 4 house development for Levison Rose Homes.
The project was completed alongside our other ongoing developments, maintaining our high standards throughout the build & completing in good time.
Wheatley Lane marks the first collaboration between LPP and Levison Rose, establishing a strong working relationship, with a few more in the pipeline, setting the foundation for future projects together.
James’ Gate | Levison Rose
Scope: Plastering & Drylining Package – 6 New Build Properties

Location: James’ Gate, Aldridge

We are currently working on the James’ Gate development in Aldridge, a small, high-quality site made up of four bungalows and two large four-bedroom detached homes.
Our team has been responsible for all plastering and drylining works. Each property has been finished to a very high standard, in keeping with Levison Rose’s reputation for quality builds.
To add an extra level of detail, we’ve also installed media walls and decorative cornice in several plots, giving the interiors a more bespoke and premium feel.
The project has run smoothly and on schedule, with great communication between our team and Levison Rose’s site management, ensuring consistent quality across all plots on the development.
Willoughby Croft | Tame Homes
Scope: Plastering & Drylining Package – 6 Luxury New Build Homes

Location: Church Lane, Middleton (Tamworth)

LPP are currently working on the Willoughby Croft development by Tame Homes, an exclusive collection of six luxury new build properties located in the sought-after village of Middleton, near Tamworth.
We took on the full drylining package of this development. Our focus has been on delivering a crisp internal finish that complements the high-end specification of the development.
The project is progressing smoothly and on schedule, with close coordination between LPP and Tame Homes’ management team to ensure a consistent level of quality across every home. Willoughby Croft reflects the shared commitment of both companies to craftsmanship, detail, and delivering exceptional residential spaces.
Hive Developments | Ibstock
In late 2023, we proudly completed the Ibstock project on Chapel Street, featuring four newly constructed three-bedroom, three-story houses, and one two-bedroom duplex apartment. Despite the project's last-minute inclusion amidst our busy schedule, we remained committed to meeting the requested deadlines while maintaining our hallmark quality.
Maryvale Homes | Kingstanding
Commencing in October 2023, we undertook the plastering contract for 14 timber frame two-bedroom dormer bungalows as part of the ongoing development by Maryvale Homes.
Our collaboration with the developers has been instrumental in overcoming every obstacle encountered along the way. The first phase of the project has been completed to an exceptional standard, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
Rangemore Renovations | Kingstanding Hall
In 2023, we had the privilege of contributing our plastering services to the transformation of an old barn into five beautiful 2 & 3 bedroom homes. Our expertise was showcased in the final three dwellings, where we finished each property to perfection, in keeping with the developers designs and vision.
From the graceful curves adorning the first floors to the impressive 3.5m high ceiling in Unit 3, each property exudes elegance and attention to detail. The collaborative efforts between our team and the developer resulted in a finished product that exceeded expectations.
